Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic

Sales Manager

to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a target-oriented mindset, and the ability to develop strategies that boost revenue.

Responsibilities:



Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets. Manage and motivate the sales team to deliver strong performance. Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base. Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Prepare regular sales reports and share performance updates. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for business development.

Skills Required:



Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities. Goal-driven, confident, and result-oriented. Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. Experience in visa, immigration, or education consultancy preferred.

Qualification:


Graduate or MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
