About the Role



We are seeking a

dynamic and process-oriented Enterprise Sales Manager

to lead and nurture our client relationships in the B2B rental segment.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing

inbound leads

, understanding client requirements, preparing quotations, overseeing documentation, and ensuring seamless coordination between the

Sales, Operations, and Finance

teams.

You will act as the

bridge between enterprise customers and internal teams

, delivering a smooth and premium rental experience that upholds the company's reputation for service excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management & Client Engagement



Handle inbound leads via

calls, website, emails, and WhatsApp

, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. Understand client requirements, technical configurations, and rental duration to propose tailored solutions. Log all leads and interactions systematically into the

CRM system

with accurate classification and tracking.

Quotation & Documentation



Prepare and send

commercial quotations

in line with pricing policies and approval protocols. Manage

client documentation

, including KYC, agreements, and work orders, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Coordinate with internal teams for quotation approvals, verification, and timely order processing.

Internal Coordination & Workflow



Follow the defined

sales workflow SOPs

for lead management and order execution. Collaborate closely with

Operations, Documentation, and Logistics

to ensure timely and error-free deliveries. Communicate proactively with all stakeholders to keep progress and delivery timelines transparent.

Customer Retention & Relationship Management



Take post-delivery feedback to assess satisfaction levels and identify improvement opportunities. Recognize

renewal, repeat, or upsell opportunities

and share insights with the management team. Build and maintain

long-term relationships

that contribute to client retention and referrals.

Reporting & Process Excellence



Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM for all customer and deal-related activities. Participate in weekly sales review meetings to report progress, challenges, and achievements. Contribute to

process improvement initiatives

to strengthen workflow efficiency and customer experience.

Candidate Profile



Experience:

2-5 years in

B2B sales, inside sales, or client account management

, preferably in

IT rentals, IT hardware, SaaS, or technology services.


Education:

Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (

MBA preferred

).

Skills & Attributes:



Strong communication, listening, and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in CRM tools and structured workflow systems. Understanding of IT hardware (laptops, desktops, MacBooks, etc.) preferred. Highly organized, customer-centric, and result-oriented. Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a process-driven environment.
