Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and marketing.
2. Cold calling to international customers
2. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, contractors, and industry partners.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored labor solutions.
Market Analysis:
1. Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
2. Analyze customer needs and preferences.
Sales Strategy:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
2. Negotiate contracts and agreements.
Marketing Support:
1. Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials.
2. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Performance Metrics:
1. Revenue growth.
2. New business acquisition.
3. Customer satisfaction.
4. Sales pipeline development.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Construction industry experience preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
