- Lead business development and sales initiatives for staffing services across India.
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding business in sectors such as BFSI, FMCG/CD, Logistics, Retail, Agro Chemicals, and IT/ITES.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and marketing plans for temporary staffing solutions.
- Identify, generate, and convert leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Deliver impactful presentations, manage pricing proposals, and negotiate deals to closure.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and manage high-level client relationships, including engagement with CXOs.
- Oversee key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and exploring cross/up-selling opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategy.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Managers, driving performance and professional development.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless service execution and fulfillment of client requirements.
- Contribute to strategic planning by providing market insights and sales analytics.
- Leverage APAC/global relationships to unlock business opportunities within Indian subsidiaries.
