JD: Sales Manager
3-6 years of experience in B2B, direct, or project-based sales
Strong background in Electronic Security Systems (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control), IT Infrastructure, or Power Solutions
Proven ability to handle enterprise, consultant, and system integrator engagement
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Good technical understanding of ELV/IT solutions with a solution-selling mindset
Key responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across enterprise, institutional, and project segments
Build and manage strong relationships with consultants, decision-makers, and key influencers
Conduct regular client meetings (physical/virtual) to generate leads and close business
Position the right mix of CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, IT Infra, and Power Solutions based on customer requirements
Work closely with presales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely proposals and project support
Track sales pipeline, provide forecasts, and report progress to regional leadership
Ensure timely collections and resolve commercial or operational issues
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and OEM product innovations.
