We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Mysuru for Grand Mercure & ibis Styles Mysuru, India. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's sales strategies, leading a high-performing sales team, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company objectives
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business strategies
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
