Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager with deep expertise in the flooring industry to drive strategic sales growth across key markets. The ideal candidate will have strong industry relationships and a proven ability to convert opportunities into long-term business.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and develop new business opportunities in the flooring segment Build and nurture relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and interior designers Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics

Candidate Profile



Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales within the flooring industry Strong understanding of Mumbai market Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and local languages Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently Must be based in Mumbai

Preferred Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting systems Existing network of industry contacts is a strong advantage

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹2,600,000.00 per year
