Job Overview:



The

Sales Manager

will be responsible for managing and growing the sales of our storage rack systems within the

engineering, Storage Systems and Material Handling industry

. This role involves developing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have a deep understanding of the construction industry, and possess a proven track record of sales success.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Leadership

: Lead the sales team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for storage racks and related products.

Business Development

: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction, warehousing, and logistics sectors.

Client Relationship Management

: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and decision-makers in the engineering and construction industry.

Product Expertise

: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's storage solutions, ensuring the ability to effectively communicate product benefits and technical specifications to customers.

Sales Strategy

: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns to grow the customer base and increase market share.

Market Research

: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and sales growth.

Proposal Development

: Lead the creation of proposals and quotations, ensuring that they meet client needs and company standards.

Team Collaboration

: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and project management teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

Reporting

: Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management on sales performance, pipeline status, and market conditions.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A minimum of

5 years

of experience in sales, with a strong focus on the

engineering

,

construction

, or

storage solutions

industries. Proven track record of

sales success

in the sale of

storage racks

or similar products. In-depth knowledge of the

construction

and

warehousing

sectors, with a strong understanding of customer needs and pain points. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. A results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
