We are looking for a

Sales Manager

with proven experience in the

Building Materials / Construction Industry

to strengthen our market presence and drive sales across Assam.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate business through

Architects, Interior Designers, Builders & Dealers

. Expand and manage

dealer & distributor network

across territories. Identify & tap

private and government projects

. Conduct detailed

territory mapping

(segment-wise, application-wise, potential-wise). Prepare & achieve

monthly/quarterly/annual sales forecasts

.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum

4+ years of sales experience

in the

Building Materials industry

. Strong network with

architects, contractors, distributors & channel partners

. Excellent

business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills

. Self-driven with ability to meet sales targets.
