SaralPe Private Limited is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for innovative fintech software solutions. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, acquire new clients, and help us expand our market presence within the rapidly evolving fintech sector.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute effective sales strategies for fintech software products.Identify new business opportunities and drive lead generation efforts.Pitch fintech solutions to potential clients and deliver compelling product presentations.Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.Build and nurture strong business relationships with new and existing clients.Lead partnership and channel development initiatives.Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets.Oversee pricing, negotiations, and contract closure processes.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).Minimum 3 years experience in fintech industry or B2B software sales.In-depth knowledge of fintech products including UPI, virtual accounts, wallets, and payment gateways.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Target-oriented and self-motivated professional attitude.Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).Proficiency in English and Hindi.BenefitsCompetitive salary with attractive incentives.Professional growth and learning opportunities within the fintech industry.Supportive team and collaborative work environment.
