Summary:


We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our BMW dealership sales operations. The role involves managing a high-performing sales team, driving luxury car sales, and ensuring exceptional customer experience aligned with BMW standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets. Develop strategies to increase showroom traffic, lead conversion, and premium customer retention. Manage corporate sales, VIP clients, and high-net-worth customers. Ensure adherence to BMW brand standards in sales, customer interaction, and documentation. Conduct regular sales training, product updates, and performance reviews for the team. Prepare and analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities. Coordinate with finance, insurance, and after-sales teams for smooth customer experience.

Requirements:



Graduate/MBA preferred. 6-10 years of proven experience in luxury automobile sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong leadership, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. Excellent knowledge of luxury car financing, insurance, and RTO processes. Target-driven, professional, and passionate about premium automobiles.
