Job Summary
We are looking for
six highly motivated and dynamic individuals
to join our team as
Sales Managers
in our furniture showroom. As a key member of the organization, you will play an important role in understanding customer furniture requirements, facilitating successful sales transactions, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new potential customers and convert them into business
Identify decision-makers within prospective customers and their networks
Research and build strong relationships with new customers
Work closely with the team to develop proposals aligned with customer needs, concerns, and objectives
Demonstrate and present furniture products to customers and assist them through the buying process
Handle customer objections effectively and provide convincing solutions
Maintain accurate sales records and ensure timely follow-ups
Work towards achieving
daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Actively explore new sales opportunities through
cold calling, telecalling, inside sales, BDE activities, and marketing leads
Key Skills & Requirements
Basic knowledge of
computer operations (MS Office)
Strong
verbal and written communication skills
Ability to
prioritize tasks
and manage time effectively
Customer-oriented mindset with a sales-driven approach
