Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in assigned regions.
Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives and area sales officers.
Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retail partners.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for market penetration.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
Ensure effective distribution and visibility of products across all channels.
Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
Coordinate with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on promotions and inventory.
Conduct regular field visits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
