Skills Required

Education: Any Graduate (Technical/Mechanical/ preferred other). Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Industrial, Construction, or Material Handling Products (experience in industrial or heavy equipment sales will be an advantage). Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal ability Product Knowledge: Understanding of trucks, construction equipment, or related machinery. Sales Acumen: Proven ability to drive sales performance and achieve targets Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate and close deals effectively. Relationship Building: Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships. Market References: Must provide at least 2 credible references from the industry/market.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets. Identify new business opportunities across construction, infrastructure, and material handling industries. Build and maintain long-term relationships with fleet owners, contractors, project developers, and channel partners. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and growth opportunities. Manage the complete sales cycle -- lead generation, presentations, product demonstrations, negotiation, and deal closure Coordinate with service, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction. Track sales performance, prepare forecasts, and submit regular reports to senior management. Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
