Key Responsibilities
Manage existing global customers and build deeper account relationships.
Respond to RFQs / pricing enquiries, share quotations & drive conversion.
Track shipments / logistics and provide proactive delivery updates.
Monitor & follow up for timely payment realization (advance / LC / TT).
Resolve quality issues by coordinating with Purchase / QC teams.
Analyze monthly purchase trends of each customer identify repeat order potential.
Maintain MIS: sales pipeline, order status, gross margin, variance analysis.
Prepare monthly sales performance reports for management review.
Handle full order lifecycle -- from PO receipt to final dispatch & documentation.
