Job Summary

to oversee sales, leasing, and pre-sales operations, with a primary focus on an
industrial park located on the Mumbai-Nasik Highway in Bhiwandi

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Leasing
Oversee sales and leasing activities for industrial spaces within the Bhiwandi industrial park.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract tenants and secure leasing agreements.
Conduct site visits, client presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Engage with stakeholders to understand client needs and deliver tailored real estate solutions.
Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and drive revenue growth.
Represent Indobricks at
industry events, conferences, and networking forums
to enhance brand visibility.
Market Analysis
Stay updated on
market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
.
Recommend strategies to leverage opportunities and maintain competitive advantage.
Requirements
Experience:
2-4 years in
Commercial/Industrial Real Estate sales & leasing
, preferably in industrial parks or large-scale properties.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Willingness to travel extensively for client acquisition and business development.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
.
Master's degree preferred but not mandatory.
