Job Summary



We are seeking a dynamic

Senior Manager - Sales (Commercial/Industrial Real Estate)

to oversee sales, leasing, and pre-sales operations, with a primary focus on an

industrial park located on the Mumbai-Nasik Highway in Bhiwandi

.

This role requires a

proactive business development professional

with strong expertise in industrial real estate sales. The candidate should have exceptional

client management skills

, the ability to drive

market expansion

, and a willingness to

travel extensively

to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities



Sales & Leasing



Oversee sales and leasing activities for industrial spaces within the Bhiwandi industrial park. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract tenants and secure leasing agreements. Conduct site visits, client presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.

Client Relationship Management



Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Engage with stakeholders to understand client needs and deliver tailored real estate solutions.

Business Development



Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and drive revenue growth. Represent Indobricks at

industry events, conferences, and networking forums

to enhance brand visibility.

Market Analysis



Stay updated on

market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences

. Recommend strategies to leverage opportunities and maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements



Experience:

2-4 years in

Commercial/Industrial Real Estate sales & leasing

, preferably in industrial parks or large-scale properties. Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities. Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Willingness to travel extensively for client acquisition and business development.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field

. Master's degree preferred but not mandatory.
