Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, disciplined, and performance-driven
Sales Manager - Real Estate
to lead and execute sales operations for
fresh real estate projects
in Bhiwadi and nearby regions. This role is critical to driving project success from launch to closure and requires hands-on involvement in lead conversion, team management, client engagement, and revenue generation.
The ideal candidate should possess strong market knowledge, proven leadership skills, and the ability to consistently deliver results in a target-oriented environment.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Management
Manage end-to-end sales operations for
fresh residential and commercial real estate projects
Drive sales performance to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Convert company-generated leads into site visits, negotiations, and bookings
Ensure high conversion ratios through disciplined follow-up and client engagement
Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize productivity and performance
Assign targets, monitor daily activities, and ensure accountability
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions
Coordinate closely with marketing and CRM teams for lead optimization
Client Relationship Management
Handle high-value clients, investors, and channel partners
Conduct professional site visits and project presentations
Build long-term client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business
Address client queries, objections, and negotiations effectively
Project & Market Execution
Work closely with developers and internal stakeholders during project launches
Stay updated with local real estate market trends, pricing, and competition
Provide market feedback to management for pricing, offers, and positioning
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, bookings, and closures
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports
Ensure complete coordination for documentation, agreement processing, and deal closures
Candidate Requirements
Minimum
2-5 years of proven experience
in real estate sales
Mandatory experience in
fresh project sales
Prior experience in handling or managing a sales team is highly preferred
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
Familiarity with the Bhiwadi, Bawal, Neemrana, and nearby markets is an advantage
Willingness to work on-site and attend client meetings and site visits
