April3rd Foods is a leading manufacturer of Handcrafted Frozen Momos. We are a fast-growing company that requires Enthusiastic and enterprising individuals to drive it to greatness.

To help us grow, we are looking for team players to join us in our endeavors.
At April3rd Foods, we're looking for a Sales manager with extensive network in QSR, HORECA & Retail Segments. They can also help the team in various need ways.
Responsibility :

  • Appoint freelancers who can connect A3F to clients of below categories:
    • HORECA
    • QSR
    • Retail FMCG Brands (on Private Labelling basis)
    • Exporters
  • Provide quote to the clients referred by the freelancer after studying the potential of the client
  • Ensure clients referred by freelancer gets the samples asap
  • Ensure freelancers are paid as per the agreed commission on time
  • Manage inbound sales with the help of internal sales team
  • Track revenue expansion / contraction customer wise, geography wise and take necessary corrective steps
  • Market new products to the existing clients to maximize the customer wise sales.

Requirements :
  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience in large frozen food manufacturing company which is selling its products to HORECA clients, QSR clients and exporters
  • Good professional network (500+ linked in connections)
  • Sales Enthusiast & a go-getter attitude
  • Any Bachelor’s / Master’s degree
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple task and priorities, as well as cultivate long-term relationships with customers
