Role Overview:
The Sales Manager will drive new client acquisition, manage high-net-worth clients, and convert premium residential construction leads into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and convert leads through networking, referrals & digital platforms
Conduct client meetings, site visits & presentations
Achieve sales targets for villa & premium housing projects
Build long-term client relationships
Upsell premium features & smart automation
Guide junior sales staff and coordinate with marketing & execution teams
Track competitors and market trends
Requirements:
5+ years of sales experience in construction/real estate
Strong communication, negotiation & closing skills
Experience with HNI/luxury clients preferred
Graduate/MBA in Sales or Marketing
