Job Summary: We are looking for a Business Development Manager/ Executive who is a go getter. Should have experience in B2B sales.
Responsibilities and Duties:
? Responsible for meeting sales goals and overall quality of service.
? Conduct sales and marketing calls to book meetings with potential clients.
? Send follow-up marketing materials and make follow-up monthly calls to establish relationships.
? Call and personally visit potential, new and existing customers to facilitate new Business. ? Coordinate efforts to improve the customer experience at the point of sale.
? Manage product sales growth and individual sales effectiveness by reviewing sales activity schedule.
? Establishing the annual and monthly sales target in accordance with the business Goals
? Planning and Execution of the sales targets
? Responsible for the successfully fulfilling the needs of the customers in order to meet the goals and objectives
? Stay updated with the latest market trends and the strategies followed by the competitor company.
? Should maintain a high profile in the professional and business communities.
? Onsite software demonstrations, the proposition of product, solution, and service offerings.
? Extensive knowledge of the company's products and also of the wider IT Marketplace. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
? Candidates should be able to sell Software Products.

? Experience of selling Core Banking Software / Accounting Software/ ERP/ HMS/ TMS Software would be a plus point
