Business Development Manager - Hair Transplant Sales

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Manager (BDM)
to lead and expand our
Hair Transplant and Aesthetic Services
division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, converting consultations into surgeries, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall revenue growth of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Conversion:
Identify and engage potential clients through various marketing and outreach channels.
Follow up with leads from digital campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals.
Convert consultations into confirmed hair transplant bookings.
Client Relationship Management:
Understand client needs, explain treatment options, and build trust through personalized consultation support.
Maintain communication with patients before and after surgery to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Manage CRM data efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
Sales Strategy & Growth:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that drive qualified inquiries.
Track and analyze conversion rates, patient feedback, and sales performance metrics.
Coordination & Operations:
Liaise between doctors, clinic staff, and clients for smooth operational flow.
Ensure pre- and post-procedure coordination for patients.
Assist in planning promotional events, collaborations, and influencer tie-ups.
Market Insights:
Stay updated on hair transplant trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities.
Suggest improvements in patient experience and marketing strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
2-5 years of experience in sales or business development -- preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, or cosmetology.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Confidence in explaining medical/aesthetic services (training will be provided).
CRM management experience (e.g., TeleCRM, Zoho, HubSpot) is an advantage.
Goal-oriented with a passion for patient experience and revenue growth.
