Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years (Retail/Furniture preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily sales operations of the

furniture retail outlet

Achieve monthly sales targets and improve revenue Guide, motivate, and supervise the sales team Assist customers in selecting furniture as per their needs Maintain product display, stock records & daily sales reports Ensure excellent customer service and handle queries professionally Implement sales strategies and promotional activities Coordinate with management for store planning and performance updates Maintain store discipline, cleanliness, and product arrangement

Required Skills:

Experience in

retail or furniture showroom sales

(preferred) Good communication & customer-handling skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Knowledge of billing, basic computer operations & reporting Ability to understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
