Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Drive sales of Hyundai, Mahindra & Kia vehicles by implementing effective strategies.
Monitor showroom activities, customer handling, and closing of sales.
Train, motivate, and guide sales executives to enhance performance.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and present insights to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain brand standards.
Requirements:
Graduation in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience
in automobile sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to manage a team and deliver excellent customer service.
