Key Responsibilities
Drive CASA sales through effective customer acquisition and cross-selling strategies.
Manage and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and implement sales plans aligned with organizational goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training/coaching to team members.
Candidate Profile
Experience:
2-7 years in banking/insurance sales, preferably CASA or retail banking.
Education:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Strong knowledge of CASA products, banking operations, and insurance sales processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team effectively.
Target-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
