Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales executives working on banking processes.
Manage end-to-end sales activities for banking products (savings accounts, credit cards, loans, insurance, etc.).
Drive customer acquisition and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with banking partners and stakeholders.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve conversion rates.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, KYC norms, and internal guidelines.
Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and present performance updates to management.
Develop strategies to increase productivity, lead generation, and market penetration.
Handle escalations and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Coordinate with operations, training, and quality teams for process improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
3-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the
banking or financial services sector
.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
Strong knowledge of banking products and customer processes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of KYC, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.
Ability to work under pressure and manage a fast-paced sales environment.
Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office.
