We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager with 1-2 years of relevant experience to join our team. The role primarily involves promoting and selling Investment Policies of Bank of Baroda, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Promote and sell Bank of Baroda Investment Policies to retail and corporate clients.

Identify and acquire new customers through various sales strategies, including cold calls, referrals, and field visits.

Provide detailed product information and assist clients in selecting suitable investment options.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing support and service.

Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the team. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Finance, Business Administration, or related field).

1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services or banking.

Good knowledge of investment products and banking policies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer orientation and sales acumen.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
