Job Title : Sales Manager
Experience : 5-10 Years
Location : Bengaluru
Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and onboarding
  • Build and maintain relationships with government bodies, PSUs, and large industrial clients
  • Drive regional sales strategy to achieve assigned revenue targets across Bangalore and East India
  • Coordinate POCs, pilots, and deployments with internal teams and partners
  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals, pricing, and SLAs
  • Maintain accurate CRM, pipeline tracking, and sales reporting
  • Share market insights with Product and Operations teams
  • Represent the organization at industry and government forums
Requisites
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business (MBA preferred)
  • Experience in B2G/B2B technology or services sales
  • Knowledge of RFP-based sales and government procurement processes (GeM, CPPP, GFR)
  • Exposure to XaaS / DaaS / SaaS models is preferred
  • Background in Smart City, GIS, IoT, surveillance, or security solutions is an advantage
