Overview
OnroadZ Bengaluru is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead our sales operations in Bangalore. You will be responsible for managing a high-performing sales team, driving daily revenue targets, and ensuring excellent customer engagement for our self-drive car rental services. Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and manage a small sales team to achieve and exceed daily/weekly targets.
Train and coach sales executives on effective pitch techniques, follow-up strategies, and conversion best practices.
Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Sales & Customer Relationship Management
Ensure excellent customer communication and relationship building across all touchpoints.
Support the sales team in closing deals and upselling rental packages.
Report on daily and weekly performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with branches to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Performance & Reporting
Track and analyze sales metrics, KPIs, and team productivity.
Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Experience
3-6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Acquisition.
Prior experience managing a small sales team is preferred.
Experience in mobility, travel, hospitality, or service-based industries is a plus.
Language Proficiency
Fluent in English (mandatory).
Kannada (mandatory).
Hindi, Tamil, or Telugu is an added advantage.
