Role Summary
Lead and drive the Loan Against Property (LAP) sales function, focusing on the prime segment, to achieve aggressive disbursement targets and maintain high portfolio quality. Responsible for managing a sales team and cultivating strong channel partner relationships.
Core Responsibilities
Target Achievement: Exceed monthly/quarterly Prime LAP business and revenue targets.
Channel Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and other sourcing channels.
Process & Compliance: Ensure smooth processing, coordination with Credit/Operations, and adherence to all regulatory and internal policies.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategy.
Must-Have Qualifications
3+ years of experience in LAP/Mortgage sales
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing channel partners.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
