Join the Banca Channel team, where you will work from partner bank branches to generate leads and drive sales. This is a lead-based role focused on converting walk-in customers and referrals into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage business from designated bank branches Build strong relations with branch staff to generate quality leads Explain product offerings and recommend suitable financial solutions Ensure post-sale customer support and service Achieve assigned monthly targets and maintain compliance

Candidate Requirements:



Graduation is mandatory 1 to 3 years of experience in BFSI or direct sales Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated and result-oriented
