We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Banca Channel team in Bangalore. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team, and building relationships with bank partners.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth
Build and maintain relationships with bank partners
Identify new business opportunities and pursue them
Monitor and report sales performance
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Criteria:
Graduation is mandatory.
3 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance or banking
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with banca channel sales and distribution
