for a Sales Manager - Bakery Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Client Acquisition ? Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities across corporates, offices, hotels, restaurants, cafes, caterers, and retail chains. ? Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet revenue targets and expand market presence. ? Build a strong pipeline of prospects through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound leads. Client Relationship Management ? Serve as the primary point of contact for key B2B and corporate clients. ? Understand client needs and recommend appropriate bakery products and solutions. ? Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms aligned with company goals. Collaboration & Strategy ? Work closely with operations, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and client satisfaction. ? Provide regular market and client feedback to product and operations teams to improve offerings. ? Collaborate with marketing to support B2B promotions, campaigns, and client engagement initiatives.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring ? Track sales metrics, forecasts, and pipeline progress ? Prepare regular reports on business development activity, client feedback, and market trends. ? Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. ? 4-6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the food & beverage, hospitality, or FMCG industry. ? Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and institutional procurement processes. ? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Nice to Have: ? Existing network in the hospitality, corporate, or food retail sectors. ? Passion for food and a keen interest in premium bakery products. ? Experience launching new products or markets.
