for a Sales Manager - Bakery Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Client Acquisition
Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities across corporates, offices, hotels, restaurants, cafes, caterers, and retail chains.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet revenue targets and expand market presence.
Build a strong pipeline of prospects through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound leads. Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for key B2B and corporate clients.
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate bakery products and solutions.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms aligned with company goals. Collaboration & Strategy
Work closely with operations, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and client satisfaction.
Provide regular market and client feedback to product and operations teams to improve offerings.
Collaborate with marketing to support B2B promotions, campaigns, and client engagement initiatives.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
Track sales metrics, forecasts, and pipeline progress
Prepare regular reports on business development activity, client feedback, and market trends.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Qualifications: ₹ Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
4-6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the food & beverage, hospitality, or FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and institutional procurement processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Nice to Have: ₹ Existing network in the hospitality, corporate, or food retail sectors.
Passion for food and a keen interest in premium bakery products.
Experience launching new products or markets.
