Job Description

1. Daily Sales Database Update, Calling, Cost Estimation, Discussions, Quotations, Drawings, Size Measurements.

2. Company provided uniform mandatory.

3. Client Visits.

4. Client Development Geographically

5. Cost Estimation of enquiries handed over.

6. Agenda Meets

7. Minimum Monthly Targets: 5 lakhs + govt taxes. Starts immediately on joining service.

8. Incentive Percentages :

Nil uptill Rs 5,00,000/- basic order value + govt taxes.

0.5% of the order basic value from Rs 5,00,001/- till 10,00,000/-.

0.75% of the order basic value from Rs 10,00,001/- onwards.

Incentive payments to be realized only on the complete closure of the case.

Incentive amount to be halved for repeat orders and clients.

Flat Rs 1000/- incentive on PO's from existing clientele.

9. Training Period : NA.

10. Leaves allotted as per company schedule. Monday-Saturday working.

11. Arranging on site contractor teams as per site/client requirement.

13. Smart Phone mandatory.

14. Phone allowance inclusive.

15. Local travel would attract no allowance. While outstation travels, food and accommodation would be provided by the company as per company set norms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
