Role Overview

Hyperfin Technologies is a Bangalore-based fintech startup building digital platforms for DSAs, cooperative credit societies, banks, and NBFCs. We are hiring a Sales Manager - B2B Software Sales who can own revenue, drive execution, and close deals.

This is a hands-on, field-focused role covering the complete sales cycle -- lead generation, product demos, negotiation, and closure -- with close coordination with the KAM team at Head Office, Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

Sell B2B software solutions to DSAs, Cooperative Credit Societies, Banks & NBFCs

Identify and onboard new clients through field sales, references, and partnerships

Conduct solution-based product demos and presentations to decision-makers

Drive deal closures and achieve monthly / quarterly revenue targets

Coordinate with KAMs at HO Bangalore for onboarding and account success

Maintain CRM updates, pipeline tracking, and sales reporting

Report performance, forecasts, and market intelligence to the Growth Head

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Experience: Up to 5 years in B2B / fintech / software / financial sales

Strong exposure to field sales and enterprise client handling

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
