Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of field sales executives, driving daily performance, field discipline, and sales output in the commercial vehicle industry.
Personally visit and engage key customer segments, including
transporters
,
fleet owners
,
logistics firms
, and
vehicle operators
to promote
LOTS' legal-tech solutions
.
Support the team in closing deals by participating in client meetings and resolving objections or escalations, particularly around
challan management
and
RTO compliance
.
Monitor leads, conversions, and overall team performance using CRM and tracking tools to ensure
timely closure of deals
.
Conduct field coaching, performance reviews, and sales training sessions to uplift team capability in promoting
legal protection plans
and
on-road compliance tools
.
Drive achievement of monthly and quarterly
revenue targets
for your city while managing a
sales pipeline
for legal-tech solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, legal, product) to ensure
smooth client onboarding
and satisfaction.
Maintain and grow key client relationships and ensure
retention of high-value accounts
within the
transport and fleet sectors
.
Represent the company in local activations,
fleet events
, and
alliance meetings
to enhance LOTS' presence in regional markets.
Skills Qualifications:
5-7 years of overall experience in field sales, with a minimum of 3-4 years in a
team management role
.
Industry experience in
logistics
,
transport
,
fleet services
,
GPS tracking
, or
vehicle-related solutions
is highly preferred.
Demonstrated success in leading and motivating
sales teams
to meet aggressive field targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with a focus on selling
legal-tech solutions

Comfortable with
data-driven sales tracking
and use of CRM tools for lead management.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned city/region and visit clients on-site for product demonstrations.
Fluency in
