B2B sales experience

US clients

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute customer retention strategies based on analytics and business goals.
Engage and influence clients effectively to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Analyze customer data to identify churn risks and drive improvement plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
Qualifications:
7+ years in B2B sales, retention, or account management in the IT/Telecom domain.
Experience handling
US clients
and working night shifts.
Proficiency with CRM tools.
Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
