About the Role



We are hiring a

Sales Manager (SaaS)

for a client in the

B2B SaaS product

space.
This role requires a

strong hunter

with proven experience in

acquiring new customers, driving outbound sales, and managing the complete SaaS sales cycle from prospecting to closure

.

Key Responsibilities



Drive

new business acquisition

and build a high-quality sales pipeline

Prospect, qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close

B2B SaaS deals independently Conduct product presentations and solution-driven sales conversations Manage

CRM usage, forecasting, funnel discipline, and reporting accuracy

Maintain consistent outbound activities and follow-ups for deal conversion Work closely with internal teams on proposals and opportunity management

Mandatory Requirements



3+ years hands-on B2B SaaS sales experience

(subscription-based products) Proven record of

hunting and acquiring new business

Experience managing the

full sales cycle independently

Strong

communication, presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling

skills Experience using

CRM tools

to track pipeline, forecast, and maintain deal hygiene Background in

B2B SaaS product companies


Preferred Qualifications



Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise customers Understanding of

consultative selling and solution-led pitching

Graduate or Postgraduate degree

Consistent achievement of new acquisition targets Strong outbound pipeline generation Ability to convert prospects into long-term SaaS customers Structured CRM and forecasting discipline
