Key Responsibilities
Conduct
daily field visits
to engage with fleet owners, transporters, logistics players, and vehicle aggregators.
Actively generate leads
through field networking, local scouting, and partnerships with transport hubs, garages, and yards.
Pitch and sell Lawyered's legal-tech solutions tailored for logistics and transport businesses.
Manage the entire sales lifecycle - cold acquisition, negotiations, onboarding, and handover to internal teams.
Own and achieve monthly sales targets for the Mumbai region.
Maintain sales pipeline and update daily activity reports in CRM and internal dashboards.
Share ground-level insights and client feedback with leadership and product teams for continuous improvement.
Guide and mentor any junior sales representatives or field support team members as needed.
Required Skills Experience
Minimum 5 years of B2B field sales experience
- ideally in sectors like automobile, fleet management, logistics, insurance, or SaaS.
Strong market knowledge and network in the Mumbai transport/logistics space.
Proven ability to generate leads independently and close high-impact B2B deals.
Fluent in
Hindi, Marathi, and English
- strong interpersonal and negotiation skills required.
Comfortable with tech tools - CRM, Google Sheets, and mobile apps.
Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a field-driven setup.
