Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage
B2B relationships
with travel agencies, corporate clients, and other strategic partners.
Expand
B2C outreach
by identifying and engaging with individual customers through various sales and marketing initiatives.
Identify new business opportunities and grow the client base across the region.
Conduct client visits, presentations, and destination promotions.
Negotiate and close deals with both B2B and B2C clients to meet and exceed sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and clients to ensure repeat business and sustained growth.
Monitor and analyze tourism trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, customer service) to deliver seamless travel experiences.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the management team.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience
in the travel and tourism industry (

).
Proven experience in handling both
B2B and B2C
sales channels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Kerala and other regions.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in driving sales.
Good knowledge of travel products, destinations, and industry trends is a strong advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
