Account Growth & Opportunity Identification:
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue within existing accounts. Recommend relevant products, services, or solutions.
Order Management:
Supervise the end-to-end order process, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client expectations.
Sales Negotiation & Closure:
Lead effective negotiations with clients, ensuring win-win deals that secure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Target Achievement:
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. Focus on both retention of existing clients and expansion into new areas.
Client Satisfaction & Issue Resolution:
Deliver high-quality service consistently. Address client issues promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction.
Reporting & Insights:
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and engagement metrics. Offer insights to enhance future strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum high school education required.
2 to 7 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in interior design, furniture, or building materials.
Hands-on experience working with architects, interior designers, or similar stakeholders.
