Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy
Sales Manager - AV Solutions
to drive business development across Delhi-NCR and key cities. This role is ideal for
target-driven MBA graduates
who enjoy customer meetings, technology demos, and channel development.
Key Responsibilities
Identify & acquire new B2B customers in Corporate, Education, Government & Hospitality segments
Develop & manage channel partners (Dealers/System Integrators)
Conduct product demos for PTZ Cameras, DSPs & AV-IP devices
Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets
Maintain strong client relationships & follow-up rigorously
Track competitor activity & market demand trends
Represent Aniston at exhibitions, seminars & AV roadshows
Requirements
MBA in Marketing/Sales (Freshers or up to 5 years exp.)
Strong communication & customer-handling skills
Confidence in field sales, meetings & presentations
Basic understanding of AV/IT products (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
Willing to travel across Delhi-NCR (and outstation when required)
Preferred (Bonus)
Internship or work experience in AV / IT / Electronics sales
Knowledge of government tender process
Network with AV channel partners/system integrators
Quick learner with technical curiosity
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?16,194.65 - ?40,316.19 per month
