Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales operations at our TVS dealership in Bhopal. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, driving growth, managing the sales team, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for two-wheelers and related products.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to deliver consistent performance.
Plan and implement effective sales strategies to maximize market share.
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations effectively.
Maintain strong relationships with finance/insurance partners to support sales.
Track leads, monitor daily sales activities, and prepare MIS reports.
Coordinate with service, spares, and accounts teams for smooth operations.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Organize local marketing events, promotional campaigns, and activities.
Ensure compliance with TVS dealership standards and reporting requirements.

Qualification
Graduate in Business/Marketing or equivalent
