Job Description

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive admissions growth. The role involves managing counselors and executives, developing sales strategies, and ensuring target achievement across branches.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and motivate the sales and counseling team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies. Monitor leads, conversions, and team performance through regular reviews. Coordinate with marketing and business development teams for lead generation activities. Handle escalations, build client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements:



Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the EdTech or training sector. Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling skills. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Salary:

?22,000 - ?30,000 per month
