About the Role



We're looking for a dynamic and performance-driven

Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager

to drive sales for residential real estate projects. The ideal candidate is a strong closer with strategic thinking, market awareness, and leadership potential.

You'll manage leads, drive conversions, and contribute to the project's overall sales strategy - ensuring growth, consistency, and an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities



Manage the full sales cycle: lead engagement, client meetings, presentations, negotiation, and closures. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent follow-ups and strong closing ability. Conduct site visits and build confidence through professional, consultative client interactions. Analyse sales performance, market trends, and buyer insights to guide strategy and improve conversion rates. Track competitor projects, pricing, and market movements to support pricing and positioning decisions. Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align sales efforts with campaign goals. Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and collection updates. Mentor and guide junior sales or pre-sales executives when required, ensuring team alignment and consistent client delivery.

Requirements



2 - 6 years of experience in residential real estate sales, preferably mid to premium segment projects. Strong closing and negotiation skills with a consistent record of meeting targets. Strategic understanding of Bangalore's real estate market, micro-markets, and buyer behavior. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting. Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of handling both independent and team-driven responsibilities.
