Lead Management:
Handle incoming leads generated through various channels.
Follow up on inquiries and nurture leads through effective communication.
Sales Closures:
Conduct client meetings, property site visits, and negotiate deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure a high conversion rate from inquiries to confirmed bookings.
Marketing Coordination:
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and referrals.
Address client queries and resolve issues promptly.
Channel Partner Engagement:
Develop and maintain a strong network of channel partners.
Ensure consistent engagement and training to enhance their performance.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present sales performance reports.
Provide insights on market trends and competition to help refine sales strategies.
Key Requirements
Educational Qualification:
Graduation is mandatory; post-graduation in management or sales is preferred.
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
Freshers with a strong passion for sales and exceptional interpersonal skills may also apply.
Skills:
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam and English.
Personal Attributes:
Target-oriented, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Other Requirements:
Must have a valid driving license and access to a two-wheeler or car for site visits.
