Job Summary:



We are seeking an experienced and passionate

Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager

to drive capital goods sales in South India. The ideal candidate will be a Mechanical Engineering graduate with strong industrial sales experience and excellent market knowledge of key cities like Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Coimbatore. This is a field-oriented role ideal for someone who enjoys client engagement, traveling, and performance-driven rewards.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and manage sales activities for Mechanical Industrial Capital Goods in South India. Identify and approach potential clients to promote products and achieve sales targets. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders. Collaborate with the Director - Sales and support overall regional business goals. Provide timely reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback. Travel extensively across assigned southern states and cities as required.

Candidate Profile:



Qualification:

BE in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

4 to 8 years in selling

mechanical capital goods

Market Expertise:

Strong familiarity with

Bengaluru

,

Chennai

,

Hyderabad

,

Coimbatore

, and surrounding regions

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Target-oriented and self-motivated Strong sales acumen with a hands-on approach Must own a

2-wheeler or 4-wheeler

for travel

Preferred (Not Mandatory):



Experience in selling

CNC Machine Tools

Knowledge of

CNC lathes

and their applications

Training & Onboarding:



Comprehensive

product orientation training

Bengaluru factory

(15-30 days)

Compensation & Benefits:



Fixed Annual CTC:

?5.50 LPA - ?6.50 LPA (based on experience and performance in interview)*
