Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals. Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to meet individual and team targets. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Prepare and review sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics. Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance departments for smooth business execution. Provide training, mentoring, and support to sales executives and representatives. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain proper documentation

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
