to drive business growth and achieve targets

Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate leads and create sales opportunities. Align marketing efforts with business growth plan and sales targets. Manage client communications, ensuring timely and professional handling of inquiries and requests. Liaise with the design and execution teams to ensure smooth project management and client satisfaction. Execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, website, email, etc.) to increase brand visibility. Create marketing materials, such as brochures, case studies, and presentations. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends. Organize and manage events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase company services. Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance and campaign effectiveness.

Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2+ years of sales or marketing experience Must have experience in the real estate or interior fitout industry. Proven experience in lead generation, sales funnel management, and achieving growth targets. Strong communication and client relationship management skills. Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects.
