SALES MANAGER

Team Leadership:

Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Target Achievement:

Plan and execute strategies to meet organizational sales goals and profitability.

Customer Relationship:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Market Analysis:

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.

Sales Planning:

Develop and implement effective sales plans and promotional strategies.

Reporting:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.

Training & Development:

Conduct regular training sessions to improve the skills and performance of the sales team.

Inventory Coordination:

Coordinate with inventory and finance departments for smooth operations and timely delivery.

Process Compliance:

Ensure all sales processes and documentation adhere to company policies and ethical standards.

Business Growth:

Drive business expansion through innovative strategies, local marketing, and new customer acquisition.

Qualification : Graduation

Experience - 5- 10 years required in Automobile

Skill required - leadership , Good Communication , Customer Service , Good Mangement

Location - Siddhi laxmi motors , Angul , Odisha

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
