Role Purpose:
Drive Nava's revenue growth by managing the complete sales cycle--from lead generation to deal closure--while building strong relationships with farmers, FPOs, cooperatives, and institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Pipeline Development: Identify potential customers and build partnerships with distributors and FPOs.
Sales Execution: Conduct product demonstrations, manage negotiations, and close deals.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication, track adoption challenges, and update CRM systems.
Strategy & Reporting: Define sales targets, track performance, and forecast revenue.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5-7 years of sales experience, preferably in agri-tech or equipment sales.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience with government procurement, tenders, and subsidies is an added advantage.
Familiarity with CRM tools.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Quarterly sales revenue against targets.
Lead-to-conversion ratio.
Number of partnerships and FPO tie-ups established.
Client satisfaction and repeat orders.
